Paintless Dent Repair Warranty

PDR Crew warrants that all Paintless Dent Repairs (PDR) performed on your vehicle will not cause or result in any defects in the integrity, alignment, or functionality of the panels from which dents were removed. Parts will not be replaced unless the panel is deemed unfixable via PDR by our certified technicians in a timely and cost-effective manner. In the event that a paint job or bodywork is needed, PDR Crew will cover any missed hail dents and defects that could potentially occur.

Before the release of your vehicle, PDR Crew will request your final approval for the repairs performed on your vehicle as part of our quality control process. After the release of your vehicle, it will be protected under PDR Crew’s Limited Lifetime Warranty.

In the event that PDR Crew’s PDR work is found to be defective, we will provide a free Paintless Dent Repair at our place of business to correct those defects.

Exclusions

Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on your vehicle that PDR Crew has repaired. Normal wear and tear includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by corrosion, rust, and other related elements.

Previous Damage: This warranty does not cover previous damage not associated with PDR Crew’s Paintless Dent Repair performed on your vehicle.

Sale or Lease: This warranty is nontransferable. It will no longer be valid if your vehicle changes ownership.

Stripes and Decals: This warranty does not cover decorative stripes and decals on your hail-damaged vehicle, including those from the original equipment manufacturer.

Subsequent Hail Storms and Damage: This warranty is invalid for additional repairs if PDR Crew determines and verifies that the subsequent damage differs from the damage on the original auto hail repair order.

This lifetime warranty will be rendered null and void if any alteration to the repair is made by individuals not associated with, or authorized by, PDR Crew.
